Job summary

Under the Customer Service Manager, you will support the outside sales team with price quotes and sourcing products. This full-time role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a mostly office setting with occasional warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Industrial knowledge is a plus.
• Executive communication skills required.

• Experience performing core inside sales tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process customer orders, backorders, and ship directs.
• Check stock availability, pricing, and shipping dates.
• Quote prices and fill orders to customer specifications.
• Assist outside sales by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.
