Responsibilities

• Develop Accurate Quotes: respond to inquiries with precise quotes and product information across lines.
• Process Customer Orders: communicate requirements to internal teams and prepare specs/files for Eng, Transportation, and Production.
• Stay Connected with Customers: maintain regular updates on quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Apply Product Knowledge: recommend solutions based on sizing and application; incorporate feedback from other departments.
• Use Business Tools: document sales process using E1ERP, Google, and Salesforce.
• Ensure Quality and On-Time Delivery: monitor production schedules for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Teams: work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and assist as needed.
