Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Roseville, MI to help customers with rentals and equipment. You will use U-Scan tech to manage inventories, move trucks/trailers, and inspect equipment, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma. You may participate in ongoing training and gain certifications for propane filling and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
