U-Haul in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and help with equipment inspections.

The role offers on-the-job education, safety training, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
