U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Monroe, Michigan to assist customers with U-Haul products and services.

You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment and handle invoices, while educating customers about offerings. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with on-site duties and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and use technology to manage rentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
