U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our service. You will help customers with rentals, inspect equipment, answer questions, and use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and dispatch.

The role includes physical work, ongoing training, and opportunities for bonuses through our certification programs. Training starts immediately, with a path to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multi-task.
• Physical ability to perform required duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot; check fluids.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
