Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help with vehicle hitching and equipment inspections.

The role involves moving equipment, answering questions, and educating customers about offerings. Training and on-the-job education are provided as part of our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
