U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of our exceptional service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing rentals with U-Scan technology, inspecting equipment, and educating customers about our products and services.

The role involves physical tasks and training opportunities, with paid onboarding and benefits. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Formación

• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Ability to learn new systems and processes

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers about products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns
• Drive a forklift and install hitches where applicable
