U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our services. You will assist customers with rentals, use U-Scan technology, and help with equipment setup and education. The role includes driving or moving equipment and maintaining inventory across our locations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. This in-store position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside the U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot; answer questions and educate customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
