Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, use U-Scan technology, and help with rentals and equipment inspections. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include answering questions, preparing invoices, and installing hitching components as needed. Two hands-on interviews are scheduled, and a $100 hiring bonus plus a $300 bonus after certification are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Assist customers and operate equipment with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
