Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of the company, helping customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will use U-Scan tech to manage inventory, move and hook up trucks, and educate customers about services.

On-the-job education is provided, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team. U-Haul offers incentives such as paid hands-on interviews, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus upon successful completion of the Equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
