U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers at U-Haul locations, inspect and maintain equipment, and use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals and manage inventory.

A strong focus on safety and customer education is required. The position offers on-the-job education, two paid hands-on interviews, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection program.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids and tires.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and prepare rental invoices.
• Assist with loading/unloading, hitch installation, and related tasks as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
