Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Concord, NH. You will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service, helping customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment questions.

You’ll use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to dispatch and manage inventory, and you will help move and hook up trucks and trailers. The role is part-time with on-the-job education, paid holidays, vacation, sick days (if eligible), and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to inspect and assist with equipment and rentals.
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job education.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Educate customers about products and services; participate in ongoing training.
