U‑Haul in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Customer Service Representative to support customers with rentals and services. You will inspect equipment, assist on-site and remotely, and use U‑Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment.

This is an entry-level role offering on-the-job education and opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
