U-Haul in Nashua, NH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, inspect and move equipment, and educate customers on products and services.

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers on-the-job education, potential for advancement, and benefits where eligible.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers on offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
