Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Rochester, NH location. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment, and related products. Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and ensure equipment is clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Haul technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; ensure safety and readiness.
