Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and questions at our Colorado location. You’ll use mobile scans to dispatch, manage inventory, and assist with setup and returns.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use technology to dispatch and manage equipment rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Explain products and services and prepare rental invoices.
