U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our commitment to service. You will help customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and assist with equipment handling, inspections, and education through on-the-job training.

The role involves assisting customers at the center and in communities, learning our products, and contributing to a safe, friendly service atmosphere. U-Haul offers interview-based hiring, bonuses, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
