U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our service team, helping customers with products and equipment and guiding them through rentals.

You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers. On-the-job education and advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns; educate customers.
