Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help with equipment inspection and setup at our center.

Join a team focused on helping customers on their journeys, with on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
