Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Ocoee, FL to be the friendly face helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and product guidance. You will work with a team to ensure smooth journeys for customers and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and manage inventory.

Responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside the store, moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and handling returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate mobile tech for rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane and forklift certifications offered.
