Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ocala, FL to be the friendly face helping customers with products and services. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up U-Haul trucks, and ensure equipment is clean and inspected on the lot.

Training and certifications are provided for propane, forklift, and ongoing education. Responsibilities include assisting customers, preparing invoices, and educating guests about offerings, with

• Must have strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certifications offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
