U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and checkout processes. The role uses smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage inventory and rentals and provides on-the-job training.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer interaction, and ongoing education to ensure exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental and return.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
