U-Haul International, Inc. in South Haven, Michigan seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers with products and services, manage rentals using U-Scan tech, and help maintain equipment.

The role includes on-the-job education, a part-time schedule, and opportunities to grow. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; physical duties involve lifting and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, motivated person with customer-facing skills.
• Ability to assist customers and educate on products and services.
• Comfort with using technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
