Job summary

Kuert Concrete Inc. in Fishers, IN seeks a customer service representative to manage large volumes of calls, provide sales support, and record orders. You will upsell value-added products and build lasting relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide sales support to customers.
• Receive orders and schedule them properly.
• Give pricing for COD customers.
• Record customer orders accurately into Command Data system.
• Guide and recommend products for specific applications.
• Work closely with team to meet customer commitments.
• Record changes requested by customers promptly and inform dispatch.
• Ensure order accuracy through attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Assists in health and safety incident response as needed
• Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under stressful conditions.
• Identify customer needs and be able to ask clarifying questions.
• Upsell value added products when applicable to customers.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers, both internal and external.
• Provide sales support to customers.
• Receive orders and schedule them properly.
• Give pricing for COD customers.
• Record customer orders accurately into Command Data system.
• Guide and recommend products for specific applications.
• Work very closely with other team members to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
• Record all changes requested by customers accurately and promptly in Command and advise the dispatcher of such changes as soon as they have been recorded.
• Responsible for order accuracy through attention to detail & timely correction to errors.
• Other duties as assigned.
