The role runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with responsibilities spanning dispatch coordination, data entry, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Typing proficiency for accurate data entry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems and logistics preferred.
