Job summary

Marsden Services in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Dispatcher for our Customer Care Facility Services team. This full-time role will manage scheduling and dispatching of drivers and crews, communicate with customers and technicians, and create work orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with supervisors, contact personnel as needed, and support operations across on-site and remote tasks in a hybrid setup. Salary is hourly and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• You must be able to pass a background check.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. Spanish would be helpful.
• Experience in mechanical services or related service industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations.
• Communicating customer requests, immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors.
• Contacting employees or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Work with supervisors to solve customer requests.
• Create and prepare work orders.
• Keep and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Assist in ordering equipment and supplies.
• This role will be customer-facing and will be communicating directly with Property Managers and Tenants.
