Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and warmly.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
• Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the system.
