Job summary

Rebel AC & Plumbing in Las Vegas is seeking an organized office staff member to support call taking, dispatching, and quoting processes. You will assist with routing technicians, handling client communications, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced home services environment.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, be able to pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and work well with a team. Some overtime and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience required.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Some overtime and on-call duties.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional manner for homeowners, tenants, vendors, and realtors.
• Assist with routing and dispatching technicians.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients.
• Maintain client and vendor communications via email or text.
• Assist with inventory counts and tracking.
• Perform light data entry in Excel and basic office tasks.
