Qualified candidates have 4–6 years of experience, can pass a background check and drug test, hold a valid driver’s license, and work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-6 years experience.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Work well with people and be a team player.
• Some overtime and on call duties at times.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional manner for homeowners, tenants, vendors, and realtors.
• Assist with routing and dispatching of technicians.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients.
• Data entry and inventory tracking.
• Communicate with clients and vendors via email/text professionally.
• Maintain fast-paced workflows and multi-task across tasks.
