Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist – Parts & Service Dispatch to join a fast-paced customer service team in Las Vegas. You will handle incoming requests, process parts and service orders, and coordinate dispatch with field technicians to ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while communicating with customers, technicians, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, parts support, dispatch, or related role.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
• Provide excellent service and assist with parts and service-related needs.
• Process parts orders, quotes, returns, and service requests in ERP/CRM.
• Dispatch service requests to field technicians and coordinate scheduling.
• Create, update, track, and close service tickets accurately.
• Research parts availability, order status, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed.
• Maintain documentation of interactions, orders, and resolutions.
• Ensure tickets meet deadlines and share daily reports as required.
