Job summary

Esposito's Electric is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to support our Generator Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answer calls, schedule service, and coordinate technicians.

This role works with our dispatcher team to keep the service department running smoothly, providing admin support and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in administrative position is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Acrobat.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to coordinate with office staff, salespeople, technicians and customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Schedule generator service and maintenance appointments.
• Communicate appointment information and updates with customers.
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep customers information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Generator Service Department.
