Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years’ experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to track and present data trends clearly.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with order tracking and inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound and outbound communications from customers.
• Tracks open orders and inventory levels to meet demand.
• Estimates delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Enters new customer data and quotes into the database.
• Works with outside sales to keep account activities up to date.
• Investigates and resolves delivery problems.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain orderly work areas.
• Data entry for purchase orders and quotes.
• Tracks progress on production with select parts.
• Assists Business Analyst with other duties.
• Prepares IT packets and disburses them accordingly.
