Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Operations Analyst in our Corporate Customer Service department to turn contact center data into actionable insights that improve operations and deliver legendary service across North America.

You will analyze performance data, build SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into results that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of data analysis or business intelligence experience.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Robotic Process automation (RPA) a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contact center performance data and deliver insights that inform business strategy.
• Drive improvements that enhance customer service operations, efficiency and processes.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to support performance, trend and statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver results that meet business needs.
