Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Ability to cross-reference and recommend substitute products.
• Ability to get along with customers and other employees, follow directions and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process orders accurately and timely; assist with product procurement/replenishment.
• Upsell by proposing other products that may fit customer needs.
• Use computer systems for invoicing, credits, returns, and stock control.
• Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment and maintain stock organization.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and attend to overtime as required.
