Job summary

United Refrigeration, Inc. seeks a customer service / warehouse teammate to deliver prompt, knowledgeable support to branch customers. You will greet clients, handle calls, process orders, and assist with stock management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include invoicing, returns, procurement, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Overtime and on-site work are required as needed by the location.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Able to greet customers professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration is preferred.
• Willingness to learn product offerings and reference catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name when known and provide courteous service.
• Answer phones promptly and identify yourself and the company.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Promote additional products to enhance customer orders.
• Use computer systems for invoicing, credits, returns, and procurement.
• Load/unload vehicles and manage stock; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Attend to after-hours call rotations as needed.
• Maintain vendor catalogs, price sheets, and MSDS documentation.
