Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $47,840 – $52,000 DOE**

Serving a diverse client base throughout the Central Valley, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service while maintaining long-term customer relationships. This position plays a key role in supporting cash flow objectives while ensuring customers receive a positive and professional experience.

The Opportunity

This role exists to strengthen customer account management and support timely collections efforts while preserving strong client relationships. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customer account inquiries, payment arrangements, and collections activities. Working closely with accounting and operations teams, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance while utilizing both your customer service and problem-solving skills.
