Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Troy, NY Service Center. The CSR will maintain positive relationships with customers and assist teammates in tracking freight movement, using retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and heard.

This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $20.42 and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation and holidays, plus access to employee resorts.

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various shifts

R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our Troy, NY Service Center. The CSR is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers and to assist customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement. Our CSR’s use customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, to resolve their issues, and promote company goals and objectives. This includes daily freight tracing with customers, assisting other terminals in freight related issues, and performing other related duties as assigned.
