Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time role. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout process at our store location.

You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, and supporting various departments to deliver top-notch customer service. This position may involve lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods, with bilingual abilities viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and inputting data.
• Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting products.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
