Qualifications

• Must have 6 months experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• Must have 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve overall customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tinting, pipe cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
