Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and ensure purchases are processed accurately. You’ll work in a dynamic retail environment, helping customers solve home improvement challenges while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating merchandise, stocking shelves, and handling orders. The role supports a range of departments and may involve flexible schedules and bilingual

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred
• Certification in department-related trade is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
