Duties include processing transactions, refunds, and gift card sales while maintaining accurate records and following safety protocols. The role requires English fluency, reliability, and the ability to work with store leadership to resolve issues and protect cash assets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the courtesy booth and assist with inquiries and returns.
• Maintain courteous, helpful service and address issues professionally.
• Handle cash, process transactions, refunds, and sales of items at the booth.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance registers and office totals.
• Notify management of discrepancies or potential losses and assist with problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and submit documentation to the accounting department as required.
• Communicate needs and issues to on‑duty management and department leads.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and proper product handling standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Relieve cashiers for breaks and lunch when needed.
