Job summary

Westside Toyota in Ohio is hiring an Experienced Call Center/Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inbound calls, making outbound calls to customers, and setting appointments using scripts and templates.

You will respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, follow up to reset missed appointments, and participate in training sessions while using our computer tracking system daily.

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience is a must.
• Excellent computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to/from our own customers and set appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customers as needed to reset any missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process training sessions - maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
