Westside Toyota in Ohio is hiring an Experienced Call Center/ Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to our customers, and setting appointments while delivering top-tier service.

You'll respond quickly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat using scripts and templates, follow up on missed appointments, participate in training, and use our computer tracking system daily.

Qualifications

• Previous Call Center Experience
• Excel in Customer Service and proven communication skills
• Appreciate training and a script to follow to ensure success
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to/from our own customers and set appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Follow up with customers as needed to reset missed appointments
• Participate in team and process training sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize our computer tracking system daily
