Fletcher Jones Imports in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Client Care Representative to engage with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments for our Sales team. The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will generate sales opportunities through follow-up on inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and work with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs to dealership visits.

Qualifications

• Call center, business development, customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts and online inquiries.
• Generate sales opportunities by following up on internet leads and inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments and encourage dealership visits.
• Maintain follow-up to build relationships, sustain interest and maximize appointments.
• Document customer interactions, lead status, appointments and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from contact to dealership visit.

What You Will Do

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Generate sales opportunities by following up with internet leads, previous inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments, encouraging customers to visit the dealership.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationships, sustain interest, and maximize appointment opportunities.
• Accurately document customer interactions, lead status, appointments, and follow-up activities in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial customer contact to dealership visit.
