Compensation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information
• Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary
• Ensure the newest service and product knowledge
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answeredCommunicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
