Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Williamsport, IN location. You will handle inbound calls, assist walk-in clients, and support claims paperwork as requested by claim representatives, while providing clients with required proof of insurance documents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and a valid Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 2 years).
