Job summary

Laundry Capital in Maryland is hiring for two Customer Service Associate positions on Second and Third Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM and 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM). You'll be the face of the store, delivering clean, safe, and friendly service in our modern laundromats.

Report to a General Manager, handle card operations, sales, and cleaning duties. We value reliability, teamwork, and strong communication; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Standing for 8+ hours per shift.
• Willing to work overnight.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Flexible/open schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and POS system.
• Know product usage and upsell related items.
• Keep retail areas stocked and notify management of low inventory.
• Log maintenance issues and report safety concerns.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
