Job summary

Cargill is seeking an Associate, Customer Service to support a single-site team across shipping, returns, and order processing. You will help monitor orders, resolve delivery issues, and maintain customer data related to shipments and inventory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and preferred experience in SAP as well as Microsoft Office/Teams and Salesforce/Leap familiarity. Location options include Eddyville, IA; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Wichita, KS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Customer service experience required or preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams beneficial.

Responsibilities

Maintain systems and relationships to meet customer demand forecasts and related shipment/inventory data.
Inform customers about order status, invoices, and contract balances.
Execute customer service strategies and support improvement projects.
Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex ones as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
