Job summary

Cargill is seeking an Associate, Customer Service to support a single-site team across shipping, returns, and order processing. You will help monitor orders, resolve delivery issues, and maintain customer data related to shipments and inventory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and preferred experience in SAP as well as Microsoft Office/Teams and Salesforce/Leap familiarity. Location options include Eddyville, IA; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Wichita, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and relationships to meet customer demand forecasts and related shipment/inventory data.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices, and contract balances.
• Execute customer service strategies and support improvement projects.
• Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex ones as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
